Peplink Certified Engineer Trainer and founder of The Tech Factory, known across the Peplink community as Agent Adam. Fifteen years of live deployments across broadcast, live events, public safety, maritime and multi-site enterprise, now specializing in Peplink. He works hands-on with SpeedFusion, PepVPN, InControl2, FusionHub, SDX and the AP Controller, on live sites rather than in a lab.
Adam works in global event and broadcast connectivity, where networks go into unfamiliar venues, run hard for a few days, and get one chance to work. That is the same problem this course is about: temporary infrastructure, no second chances. He wrote the masterclass, the five labs and every piece of material that goes with it, and teaches it himself in the UK.
Today, Adam is building The Tech Factory around practical Peplink deployment: project work, hardware and training for teams who have to make networks hold up in places never designed for them. The Masterclass is the teaching side of that, and Chicago is its first date outside the UK.
He holds Peplink's engineer and trainer credentials, earned through real deployments and assessment rather than a classroom. Twelve seats is a hard cap on every date, chosen so nobody ends up at the back of the room watching.

Alex Rausch
Event ConnectX, delivering in Chicago
Founder of Event ConnectX, with twenty years in live event operations and technology behind it. A founding member of HYROX, Alex opened its Chicago office and served as a corporate officer of HYROX North America and Global Head of HYROX Labs, building the operational systems and event technology behind a brand now running more than 110 events a year across more than 40 countries.
His specialty is resilient temporary networks under pressure. Alex has deployed Peplink, SpeedFusion and FusionHub infrastructure across venues exceeding 800,000 square feet, combining Starlink, multi-carrier cellular and wired WANs to support hundreds of concurrent users across segmented priority tiers, all built in days with small crews. He also ran the Peplink overlay carrying critical timing traffic at the HYROX World Championships in Chicago.
Today, Alex is building Event ConnectX around standardized, intelligent multi-WAN connectivity designed specifically for live events.
