I have spent fifteen years deploying where failure was not an option: broadcast contribution, live events, vessels mid-crossing, command vehicles, enterprise sites. Alongside the deployments I have spent years inside the global channel, working with distributors and channel partners around the world, watching the same deployment mistakes repeat in every territory. Almost every one traces back to something nobody showed the installer with the kit in front of them.
This is the day that closes that gap. Twelve people, real Peplink kit, and a full teaching day built almost entirely around labs you run yourself. You will not watch me click through a demo. You will build it, and when it breaks, which it will, you will learn why and how to fix it. That is the part that stays with you.
This is deliberately not a certification course and not a replacement for PCSS, PCA or PCE. It sits alongside them: the practical, deployment-led day that teaches you how the kit actually behaves on a live site with a customer waiting.

Five modules, each paired with a lab
Every module is hands-on. You leave having done the work, not just seen it.
Who it is for: installers, integrators and network engineers already working with Peplink, or about to, who want to deploy with confidence instead of learning the hard way on a customer site. You should be comfortable with basic networking; you do not need to be an expert, that is what the day is for.
- InControl2 at scale. Fleets, groups, config templates, and the workflows that stop large estates becoming unmanageable. By the end of this lab your router is on the venue's WiFi, broadcasting your own network, and enrolled in your own InControl2 organisation.
- Cellular, done right. SIM selection, band locking, signal, antennas, MIMO and placement, then Starlink brought into a hybrid, resilient WAN. The physical layer most deployments get wrong.
- SpeedFusion. Bonding, hot failover, WAN smoothing and FEC, plus PepVPN and FusionHub topologies, built and tested on the bench.
- Outbound and inbound routing. Policy-based routing, outbound rules, port forwarding, inbound access and NAT behaviour. The part that separates a working install from a right one.
- Live troubleshooting. I break the builds you made in modules one to four. You diagnose and fix them, live, with a repeatable method you take home.
And if the day runs tight and the group can take it, a bonus sixth module: high availability and SDX.

I also hold Peplink's engineer and trainer credentials, earned through real deployments and assessment. But that is the paperwork. What you are booking is the fifteen years.

Twelve seats, released in four steps. The price rises as the room fills, not on a calendar. When a release sells out the next one opens, higher. There is no deadline to beat and no discount codes; the only way to pay less is to book before the room does.

Every seat includes: the full day and all five hands-on labs; a physical SIM and eSIM sharing a 10GB pool, valid 12 months, yours to keep; lunch and refreshments; a personal discount code for the shop; and access to a delegate-only price on a take-home lab kit. Kit for the day, bring your own, buy the delegate lab kit, or ask about a loan, is arranged with you after you book. Seats are transferable to a colleague at any time; if you cannot attend we credit your seat to a future date.

Two to three hours, just your network and your questions, the day before or after. Two slots only. Ask when you book, or when we send your joining details. For the deployment a group day cannot get to.

A kit built to mirror the day, yours to keep practising on, at a delegate-only price you will not see published anywhere. Details arrive after you book.
Somewhere to stay
The Arden is a hotel, so the venue is also the bed. Rooms are booked direct at the delegate rate we send you after booking, so a 09:30 start is one less thing to plan.

The day runs in The Conservatory at the Arden Hotel, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, Solihull, West Midlands B92 0EH. Five minutes from Birmingham Airport and the NEC, easy by rail and air, with free on-site parking and air conditioning in the room, which matters when twelve benches of networking kit run all day. Thursday 1 October 2026, doors from 09:30, finish by 17:00, with a working lunch and refreshments served in the room.
