Birmingham.
Two days, 2027.

We plan to return to Birmingham in 2027 with two days back to back. Day one is the Masterclass. Day two is our first advanced day, for engineers who already deploy Peplink. Book one day or both.

This date is proposed and not yet on sale. Registering is free and commits you to nothing. When the date is confirmed, registered contacts get the booking link before the public announcement.

Registered interest also shapes the plan. Tell us which days you would book and it feeds directly into what we run.

What we can tell you now

  • Proposed for 2027, date to be confirmed.
  • The Arden Hotel, near Birmingham Airport, hosted our first date and is our first choice of venue.
  • Day two topic decided by registered interest.
  • Pricing published with the date.

Day one: five modules, each paired with a lab

Every module is hands-on. You leave having done the work, not just watched it. This is deliberately not a certification course and not a replacement for PCSS, PCA or PCE. It sits alongside them as the practical day that shows how the kit actually behaves on a live site.

  1. 1

    InControl2 at scale

Fleets, groups, config templates, and the workflows that stop large estates becoming unmanageable. By the end of this lab your router is on the venue network, broadcasting your own SSID, and enrolled in your own InControl2 organisation.

  2. 2

    Cellular, done right

SIM selection, band locking, signal, antennas, MIMO and placement, then Starlink brought into a hybrid, resilient WAN. The physical layer most deployments get wrong.

  3. 3

    SpeedFusion

Bonding, hot failover, WAN smoothing and FEC, plus PepVPN and FusionHub topologies, built and tested on the bench.

  4. 4

    Outbound and inbound routing

Policy-based routing, outbound rules, port forwarding, inbound access and NAT behaviour. The part that separates a working install from a right one.

  5. 5

    Live troubleshooting

The builds you made in modules one to four get broken on purpose. You diagnose and fix them live, with a repeatable method you take home.

If the day runs ahead and the group can take it, a bonus sixth module on high availability.

Who it is for: Installers, integrators and network engineers already working with Peplink, or about to be. You should be comfortable with basic networking. You do not need to be an expert; that is what the day is for.

Day two: our first advanced day

The day two topic will be decided by registered interest. These are the topics our first cohort asked for, most requested first. Tick the ones you would book in the form below.

Advanced configuration

Routing, firewall rules, QoS and bandwidth management, multi-WAN designs beyond the defaults, and Synergy Mode for combining the WANs of several routers.

Register interest

SpeedFusion in depth

Bonding, hot failover, WAN smoothing and FEC tuned for real links, FusionHub topologies, and how to prove a tunnel is doing its job.

Register interest

Broadcast and live events

Bonded uplinks for live video, venue networks that have to be built in a day, and the failure modes that only appear once the crowd arrives.

Register interest

Fault finding

A full day of broken builds. Structured diagnosis, the tools on the router, and the evidence to take to a carrier or a vendor.

Register interest

Cellular and antennas

Bands, carriers, antenna choice and placement, LEO alongside cellular, and measuring signal rather than guessing.

Register interest

InControl2 at scale

Fleet structure, groups and templates, alerting, and the workflows that keep hundreds of devices manageable.

Register interest

High availability and failover

Router pairs, redundant WANs and power, and designing for the failure you have not had yet.

Register interest

Maritime and marine

Connectivity at sea and in port: cellular and LEO working together, coverage gaps, and managing vessels remotely.

Where it started: Birmingham, 1 October 2026

Delegates working on Peplink hardware at their benches during the UK Masterclass
Every bench working, kit and cabling everywhere.

Our first Masterclass ran at The Arden Hotel, near Birmingham Airport, on 1 October 2026. A router on every bench and a day built almost entirely around labs. The room worked through all five modules and the bonus high availability session.

The best moment was not on the agenda. Once delegates had found their serving cell, one of them stood up as a human mast, holding a directional antenna toward the tower while the room watched the signal change.
